Before sending your gold to bestbuygold you need to first get your valuation, weigh your gold in grams and put the weight and hallmarked carat value into our gold valuation calculator located on every page, if you have different hallmarks separate them according to carat and weigh separately.

Once this is done simply fill out the online form and submit, then print out and sign the ownership declaration and post it to us along with your gold in a jiffy bag.

We must emphasise the importance of sending your items by royal mails special delivery, this allows you to track your items and ensures a next day delivery and also insures against loss or damage in transit for a value of up to £500.00

As soon as we receive your package we will then verify your weight to the nearest .01gram and determine the carat value using the most up to date equipment, this will allow us to make you the best possible offer.

An email will then be sent to you informing you of the final offer.

If you are totally satisfied with the offer select your payment method and your money can be with you the same day ready for you to use ITS THAT SIMPLE (if you do not wish to proceed we will return your items to you).
